Maintenance Review Services:

• Assess your pool or spa’s maintenance requirements;
• Develop a customized bid form that will be outsourced to swimming pool management and maintenance contractors for a comparison of services and pricing;
• Review third-party service contracts and advise on modifications;
• Review and critique existing service provider’s performance to ensure they are delivering the services you agreed upon;
• Provide on-site training for personnel (property managers, custodians, etc.) on swimming pool and spa operations and chemistry (testing, balancing, etc.)
• Develop site specific service protocols that meet and/or exceed local health regulations

General

• Swimming pool equipment and maintenance training;
• Assess existing operations to determine whether or not existing services are meeting the needs of the facility;
• Work with building management team to create operational and repair forecasts

Our consultants can attend to your facility to complete an analysis of all work areas and processes, and/or telephone consults may suffice depending on your requirements. We can then discuss how we can deliver a tailored solution.
